RETURNS
• You may Return any item within 100 days and will get a Full Money-Back Refund, no questions asked.
• If you'd like to return something, please notify us within 100 days by chat or per email at info@puregems.eu
• Return the item(s) by parcel to our warehouse: Pure Gems, Sweensstraat 2, 5171BP Kaatsheuvel, The Netherlands.
• After receiving the return, we will initiate a full money-back refund in 1 - 3 days by the same method you paid with.
• The 100 day Return Money-back Guarantee applies to all our products and to the following countries:
The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.

DURATION OF THE RETURN PERIODOur return policy lasts 100 days. Please notify us about your return within 100 days by sending an email to info@puregems.eu and return the item to our warehouse.
RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS
After notifying us, please send the item back to our warehouse: Pure Gems, Sweensstraat 2, 5171BP Kaatsheuvel, The Netherlands.
RETURNS FEES
We provide Free Return labels to customers from The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany at the request of the customer. This is a digital label which you can print. Customers outside these countries are responsible for covering the return shipment costs.
REFUND PAYMENT
Once a returned item has been received back by us, we will initiate the full money-back refund of the purchase as soon as possible (usually within a 1 to 3 days) by automatically applying a credit to your original method of payment.
If you wish, we can also replace or exchange items. If for example you want to change a ring for a bigger or smaller ring size, we can do this. To replace or exchange an item please email us at info@puregems.eu with a short explanation.

If for any reason you believe to have a good reason for a late return or exchange of your item after the 100 day period, please contact us at info@puregems.eu with an explanation. We can't guarantee refund or exchange after 100 days.
TRACKING A RETURN SHIPMENT
If you are returning an item, please use a traceable shipping service. That way both parties can know once the item(s) have been returned.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet for a returned item, please contact us at info@puregems.eu and we will make sure that you receive your full refund within 1 - 3 business days.
